These Blueberry Lemon Overnight Oats are deliciously refreshing! The lemon zest and juice add a bright note to compliment the sweet, juicy blueberries. Everything is mixed together in a bowl or jar and placed in the fridge overnight to enjoy in the morning for a tasty and convenient breakfast.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
zest of 1/2 a large lemon
1/3 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 individual vanilla coffee creamer (approximately 1 ½ tsp) I use International Delight French Vanilla individual size. (You could also use 1 tsp vanilla extract in place of creamer.)
